With every customer JBA establish an operational model or Governance model for the smooth functioning and improved communication between various levels of management between JBA and its customers. As part of this, JBA would initiate setting up a Steering Committee, with a group of members from Sr. Management of both the organization, this committee is responsible for defining the general operating policy, procedures, and related matters related to the JBA and its customer relationship.
JBA also adheres to a well defined Project Governance Model which enables JBA and our clients to clearly define Communication protocol between Client Project team and JBA team (also communication protocol between JBA onsite and offshore team).

Our development center at Bangalore is ISO 27001 certified and we have implemented strict security measures at all our development centers. These include:
- Separate Domain Controller for our clients. (Network Isolation)
- Physical security for our projects area (24 X 7 X 365 )
- Mobile devices with Camera are banned from Project area
- Secured Card access control to the building and the Project area (only associates working in a Specific Client project will have access to that area..)
