JBA Prides Itself on its Strong Retention Rates

JBA strives to attract the most highly trained IT professionals in the market and therefore puts special emphasis on retention among our contract consultants. Our Account Executives' annual performance includes retention goals. This creates an environment of relationship-based activities that make our employees and contract consultants feel like they are part of JBA and the clients we serve.

In addition to the above mentioned activities, JBA provides several other benefits. These benefits include:

Relocation Assistance

JBA supports our contract consultants who relocate for a position by providing recommended housing and transportation as well as further information to help familiarize the candidates with their new surroundings.

First Day Impression

Our Account Executives accompany our new contract consultants on their first day with the new client. This allows for introductions and ensures a smooth on boarding experience. A strong first impression can never be underestimated.

401(k) program

JBA offers a 401(k) program for long term savings for our employees

Medical Benefits

JBA offers a comprehensive medical and dental plan with top Health Care providers including HMO's and PPO's.

Consultants are eligible to enter the plan on the first day of the month following a month of employment. In addition to medical benefits, we also offer vision, life and short- and long-term disability benefits.
